Our Story
La Fleur d'Aulnay began with a single table, a bucket of tulips, and a belief that flowers should feel personal. Over the years, we have grown into a full studio without losing the hands-on care that defines every arrangement we send out.
2016 — The First Bouquet
What started as weekend market stalls with locally grown stems quickly became a small workshop in the back of a shared studio. The first orders were hand-delivered by bicycle, wrapped in recycled kraft paper, with a handwritten care note tucked inside each bunch.
2019 — The Gift Shop Opens
We expanded beyond fresh stems to include preserved flower boxes, ceramic vessels from local potters, and dried grasses. This was the moment the studio became a destination for thoughtful gifts, not just bouquets. The weekly flower subscription also found its first regular customers here.
2022 — Same-Day Delivery
After years of careful planning, we introduced same-day delivery across the region. Every order is still prepared fresh by our florists in the morning, packed in eco-friendly materials, and delivered with a guide on how to keep the arrangement vibrant for as long as possible.
2024 — Wedding & Event Styling
Bespoke wedding and event décor became a core part of our work. From intimate elopements to full venue styling, we now design botanical installations that reflect each couple's story. Corporate desk plant programs followed naturally, bringing the same care into offices and workspaces.
Today — A Studio of Skilled Florists
The team has grown to a group of skilled florists who share a common approach: source locally, design with intention, and never compromise on freshness. We still wrap every bouquet by hand, and we still write care notes. The studio is bigger, but the process remains personal.
Trusted by local studios & homes
Over the years we have worked with a quiet circle of independent shops, interior studios, and event planners who value the same things we do: locally grown stems, minimal waste, and arrangements that feel personal rather than produced. These are the people we turn to when a brief asks for something unusual, and the ones who trust us with their own celebrations.
No large corporate lists here — just a handful of collaborations built on repeat orders and mutual respect for the craft.

Our purpose
La Fleur d’Aulnay began with a simple observation: a well-made bouquet does more than decorate a room. It marks a moment, softens a hard day, and says what words often can’t. We exist to put that kind of intention into every stem that leaves our studio.
Our work is guided by three principles — seasonality, craftsmanship, and honesty. We source blooms from local growers whenever the calendar allows, we hand-tie each arrangement using the spiral method, and we never wrap a flower in plastic that will outlive the bouquet itself. The result is a gift that feels personal, lasts longer, and leaves a lighter footprint.
For us, the expected effect is simple: you receive something that looks and feels considered. Whether it’s a weekly subscription for your desk or a single birthday bouquet, we want the flowers to feel like they were made just for you — because they were.
We build our arrangements around what’s blooming nearby, not what’s flown in from far away. It’s better for the environment and better for the flowers.
Every bouquet is assembled by a florist who checks each stem for texture, color, and balance. No assembly lines, no shortcuts.
From compostable wraps to reusable ceramic vessels, we choose materials that keep the beauty without the waste. Care guides are included so your flowers stay vibrant longer.
A birthday, a thank-you, a quiet corner of your own home. We design for the everyday occasions that deserve a little more attention.
Our promise
Freshly prepared on the day of delivery, with a care guide tucked inside every order.
Our approach
We listen first, then design. Tell us the occasion, the space, and the feeling you want — we’ll handle the rest.
Our hope
That every arrangement brings a small pause of beauty into your day, and lasts longer than you expect.
Our Story
La Fleur d'Aulnay began as a small workbench in a sunlit garage, where we tied our first bouquets for neighbours and learned what people actually want from flowers: not just something pretty, but something that feels personal. Today we still cut stems by hand each morning, source from nearby growers whenever the season allows, and wrap every order in paper that can be composted rather than thrown away.
We work for people who send flowers to say something specific — a quiet thank you, a birthday that matters, a new home that needs warmth. And we work for those who simply want their own table to feel a little more alive. No two arrangements are identical, because no two messages are either.
We build arrangements around what is actually blooming nearby, which means fresher stems and a smaller carbon footprint.
Every bouquet is assembled by a florist who checks each stem for condition, angle, and balance before it leaves the studio.
Compostable wraps, recycled boxes, and care guides that help your arrangement stay vibrant for as long as possible.
From weekly subscriptions to wedding décor, we design with the occasion in mind, not just the vase.
