This page explains the rules that apply when you place an order with La Fleur d'Aulnay, receive a delivery, or use the content on this site. Please read it before making a purchase.
We prepare and deliver hand-tied bouquets, seasonal arrangements, preserved flower boxes, and botanical styling for homes and events. Orders are fulfilled by our florists based on the selection you make on this site. We describe each product accurately, including the type of blooms, vessel, and packaging, so you know what to expect before confirming your order.
When you submit an order, we send a confirmation to the email address you provide. The confirmation includes the items selected, the delivery date, and the delivery address. If any detail is missing or incorrect, contact us at info@lafleurdaulnay.com before the scheduled delivery so we can adjust the order.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff, subject to availability in your area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. We use eco-friendly packaging and include a care guide with every arrangement. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to reschedule or arrange an alternative.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for being available to receive the order at the scheduled time. If you request a specific flower that is out of season, we will inform you before confirming and suggest a suitable alternative. For subscription orders, you may pause or cancel by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
We take care to prepare each arrangement fresh and to deliver it in good condition. However, flowers are perishable, and their lifespan depends on care after delivery. We are not liable for wilting or damage that results from improper handling after the order has been received. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order.
We may suspend or terminate access to this site if you misuse its content, attempt to disrupt its operation, or violate these terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Termination does not affect orders already confirmed and in progress.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last revision noted below. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
