When we say "hand-tied," we mean each stem is cut and arranged by a florist using the spiral technique. This creates a natural, airy shape and helps the bouquet stay fresh longer. No two are exactly alike, and that's part of the charm.
Our arrangements are built around what's locally in season. If you see a photo with a specific flower, we'll do our best to match it, but we may substitute with a similar bloom of equal or better quality. This keeps everything fresh and supports regional growers.
Preserved boxes require no water. Keep them away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain their color. They're designed to last for months, but they are not eternal—handle gently and they'll stay beautiful for a long time.
Orders placed before 2 PM can be delivered the same day within our local area. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. For Sunday or Monday, we'll schedule the next available slot. You'll always receive a confirmation with a time window.
We wrap bouquets in recyclable kraft paper and use biodegradable cellophane. Our ribbons are made from natural fibers. We avoid plastic wraps and styrofoam. Please recycle or compost the packaging after you receive your flowers.
Weekly flower subscriptions can be paused or skipped anytime before the Thursday cutoff. Just email us at info@lafleurdaulnay.com and we'll adjust the schedule. No penalties, no hassle.
We always aim to match the look you chose. However, because we work with natural materials and seasonal availability, occasional substitutions are necessary. If a specific stem is unavailable, we'll replace it with something that keeps the same texture and color palette. You can request a specific flower in the order notes, and we'll do our best to honor it.

Pause or skip any week
We supply and maintain resilient greenery for workspaces — from single reception plants to full floor plans. Each plant comes with a simple care schedule, and we handle the watering visits so your team never has to remember.
Monthly care visits included
From bridal bouquets to table runners and ceremony arches, we design floral styling around your venue, palette, and timeline. We work with your coordinator to plan installation and breakdown, so the flowers are the last thing you worry about.
Consultation and mock-up included
For gifts that should last months rather than days, we build boxes with preserved blooms and dried grasses in ceramic vessels. They need no water and no sunlight, just a spot that doesn't get direct heat.
Lasts 6–12 months with care
We visit your space, assess light and humidity, and place plants and arrangements where they'll actually thrive. The result is a layered, natural look that fits your furniture and daily routine rather than fighting it.
One-time or seasonal visits
Order before noon and we'll hand-tie and deliver your bouquet the same afternoon, wrapped in eco-friendly paper with a care guide tucked inside. We cover the local area and confirm delivery by text so you know it arrived.
