Yes, for orders placed before 1 PM we can usually deliver the same day within the city. We prepare everything fresh in the morning, so the flowers spend as little time out of water as possible. Delivery windows are confirmed by phone or email once your order is placed.
Absolutely. For weddings and larger events, we recommend booking at least three weeks ahead so we can source the stems you want and confirm availability with local growers. We'll work with you on color palette, vessel style, and budget, and we'll suggest seasonal alternatives if a particular flower isn't available.
A weekly or bi-weekly delivery of fresh, seasonal blooms chosen by our florists. You pick the size and the vibe, and we handle the rest. Subscriptions pause easily if you're traveling, and you can switch between fresh bouquets and preserved arrangements whenever you like.
Most of our stems come from farms within the region, which means better freshness and a smaller carbon footprint. During colder months, we supplement with a small number of imported varieties, but we always note the origin on the care card so you know exactly what you're getting.
That shouldn't happen, but if it does, send us a photo within 24 hours and we'll replace the arrangement or refund the order. We pack everything in eco-friendly protective wrap, and our couriers handle each box with care, so issues are rare.
