The following notes define how our floral services are prepared, delivered, and cared for. Please review them before placing an order, as they clarify common questions about seasonal availability, packaging, and arrangement care.
All bouquets and arrangements are composed with locally sourced blooms that reflect the current season. While we honor specific flower requests whenever possible, substitutions may occur when a stem is out of season or unavailable from our growers. Any replacement will maintain the overall palette and style of your original selection.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery within our standard service area. Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we will contact the recipient ahead of arrival whenever possible.
Every order is wrapped in recyclable kraft paper and secured with natural twine. Ceramic vessels are packed in shredded paper rather than plastic foam. We ask that recipients recycle or compost the packaging materials after unwrapping.
Each delivery includes a printed care card with instructions for trimming stems, changing water, and positioning the arrangement away from direct sunlight or drafts. Following these steps helps your flowers stay vibrant for the full expected lifespan.
Weekly and monthly flower subscriptions can be paused, rescheduled, or canceled with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery. Subscriptions may be gifted to another address at any time by contacting our studio directly.
Preserved flower boxes require no water or sunlight. To maintain their appearance, keep them in a dry environment and avoid touching the petals frequently. With proper care, preserved arrangements can last for several months without fading.
